Hello and welcome to my therapy website.  I am a practitioner of holistic psychotherapy serving youth and adult individuals, couples and families in San Francisco. Holistic or Integrative approaches consider the importance of multiple facets of a person’s experience, such as the physical, emotional, mental and psychosocial.  Mindfulness, or attention to the present moment, is a cornerstone of my work.  In addition to holistic approaches I also practice traditional talk therapy.  I combine methods that are both practical and depth-oriented, so that we work on developing skills for navigating challenges while also examining patterns and personal histories.  An overarching theme in my work with clients is developing a sense of worth and value in themselves.   I welcome people of all ages, ethnicities, genders and sexual preferences.
